3. | NUANS Ontario-biased or Federal-biased Report, including a 90-day reservation of the name (in case of named incorporation) |
4. | Preparation of the incorporation application (Articles of Incorporation) |
5. | Electronic submission of the Articles of Incorporation to the Government of Ontario or Canada |
6. | Electronic submission of Form 1 – Initial Return to the Government of Ontario (applicable to Provincial incorporation only) |
7. | Email transmittal to you of the NUANS Report, approved Articles of Incorporation, the Certificate of Incorporation |
